My veil arrived wrinkled. What should I do?
Light wrinkles from shipping are completely normal. Hang the veil in a clean, dry space and allow the fabric to relax naturally. You may also use gentle steaming from a safe distance. Avoid placing a hot iron directly on the tulle or lace.
My wedding is coming soon. Can you rush my order?
If your wedding date is approaching, please contact us before ordering. We’ll check the production schedule and let you know whether a rush order is possible.
