Refund policy
Novwhite wants to ensure your complete satisfaction for all online purchases. We will gladly accept your return, on domestic orders (USA), of unworn and unaltered merchandise within 7 calendar days from the date delivered.
- All returned merchandise should have the original tags attached, and be in the same condition as when it was received.
- All footwear must be tried on carpeted surfaces only.
- Items must be sent back with the original garment bag and packaged in a suitable way to protect contents.
- Please avoid wearing perfume or deodorant as these can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment and are processed 2-3 business days after the return is delivered. Shipping costs are non-refundable and returns received outside of the return window will be issued as store credit.
Customers who submit high-volume or frequent returns, including multiple orders returned within a short period, unusually large quantities, or patterns that indicate excessive or non-standard return activity, will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the item’s purchase price.
Novwhite reserves the right to refuse the refund of any merchandise that does not adhere to our policy; such items will incur a 10% restocking fee.
